Use the following configuration items to connect your Human Resources (HR) system to TaxProfileFactory™ in order to import and export data.
Tip: Click System Configuration to collapse or expand the section.
Note: For Lawson, testing connections during the Customer Setup Wizard phase and at the Dataset and Company levels tests for connectivity between TaxProfileFactory to the Third Party system. The Test Connection feature does not verify that the export to HR/Payroll system is successful.
Click Test Connection to be sure the desired URL is connecting properly.
If the test is not successful, click Reset prior to saving your changes. This will return the configuration values to the values displayed before changes were made.
If the Test Connection is successful, click Save Changes to apply your changes.
Note: For SAP Cloud, testing connections during the Customer Setup Wizard phase and at the Dataset and Company levels tests for connectivity between TaxProfileFactory to the Third Party system. The Test Connection feature does not verify that the export to HR/Payroll system is successful.
Port Number - For use with Web Services integration type.
System Number - For use with JCo integration type.

The Company level also verifies that the company exists based on the Company ID and verifies the import process functions correctly. The Test Connection feature does not verify that the export to HR/Payroll system is successful.

When ADP is selected as the HR/Payroll Destination System, Third Party Data Transfer Configuration is required.

Enter the following values in the Data Transfer Configuration section for the Destination System for Export:

When Tesseract is selected as the HR/Payroll Destination System, Third Party Data Transfer Configuration is required.

Enter the following values in the Data Transfer Configuration section for the Destination System for Export.

Use this section to determine when the approved data currently in the database will be exported.

Important Note: Depending on your companies configuration settings, the features described below may or may not be available for use by your company.
